There has been a study that was finally proven after many
years of trying to figure out if nuts actually make people live longer. The woman’s
hospital and Harvard medical school did research on nut consumption. They asked
about 70,000 woman and 40,000 men how much nuts they consumed and then study
and compared the deaths over the years to people who didn't eat nuts to the
ones who did eat nuts. They found that more people die or get some sort of
disease that are non nut eaters. The main reason this is true is because nuts
have proteins and vitamins people need to stay healthy.
