In Colorado it has been decided that the summer 2014 fair
will be hosting a joint rolling contest at the county fair. No marijuana will be
on site of the county fairgrounds but for the contest they will use herbs for substitution
on the plant. They also will be having a judging contest on plants and the
growing of them. This will be done with pictures and different ways to show the
judges there plant. The judge will also take place off site of the fairgrounds because
of younger kids and families around. The county fair people didn’t think it
would be right to expose that stuff to younger children as they were looking at
the animals and the other plants growing there. It is an area for ages 21 and over. They wanted to do something different because
they are known for their strange things they have there.
